Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development.
• Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay).
• Experience of participation in salary surveys.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots.
