Job Description

As a C&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization’s rewards processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant while also managing employee benefits programs effectively. You will be responsible for executing annual performance cycle, merit cycle, promotions, compensation benchmarking, Job evaluation, LTI execution along with supporting the relevant HRBPs on budget planning, ensuring pay equity. Your contribution will directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational success.

  • Review and manage the organization’s remuneration structure and employee benefits, enabling the HR Head to balance cost control with attraction and retention of top industry talent.
