Job Description

We are looking for a Manager – Compensation & Benefits with strong experience in US compensation programs , salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategy. The role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing compensation structures while ensuring compliance with US labor laws and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead salary benchmarking and market pricing using Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, etc.
  • Design and manage US compensation structures, salary bands, incentives, and bonus programs
  • Drive annual merit cycles, promotions, and pay revisions
  • Manage total rewards strategy including benefits, wellness, and equity programs
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership on compensation planning and workforce strategy
  • Ensure compliance with US wage & hour laws, FLSA, and pay equity regulations
  • Support audits, governance, and internal compensation reviews
  • Prepare compensation dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations
