Job Description

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist professional that will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and compensation-related requests. This role ensures that benefits and compensation programs are competitive, compliant, efficiently administered, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit plans, ensuring accurate setup during onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
  • Act as the operational owner of assigned benefit programs, coordinating with external vendors, brokers, and service providers.
  • Process benefits and compensation-related requests through internal systems, validating documentation and ensuring timely, accurate resolution.
