SupremeX is seeking a Bilingual Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards Manager to support compensation, benefits, and pension programs across Canada and the United States. The role ensures accurate administration, supports the annual compensation cycle and job evaluation work, and serves as the front-line contact for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on total rewards topics. This role involves analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate data and supporting employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits and pension plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Support annual compensation reviews, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
- Manage benefits enrollments, changes, and pension administration.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless program delivery.
