We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to join our City-Based financial services client on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

The successful candidate will ideally:



  • Have a deep understanding of compensation & benefits

  • Oversee the management and communication of their benefits


  • Experience within projects (i.e. EU Pay transparency/gender pay gap)
