Key accountabilities:
As Compensation & Job Architecture Manager your key accountabilities will be:
Job grading system management
- Lead the Euronext Career Framework administration for the Group accordingly with Euronext internal guidelines.
- Ensure consistent annual review and update across all functions and countries.
- Ensure with HR teams accurate employee mapping to roles and levels to secure data reliability within the Group and stored in HR systems in collaboration with our HRIS team.
- Make sure the Career Framework reflects Euronext roles diversity, propose adjustments when relevant
- Support job evaluations of new roles, aligned with the Group methodology, and secure grading consistency across the group and with external benchmarks.
