Key accountabilities:

As Compensation & Job Architecture Manager your key accountabilities will be:

Job grading system management

  • Lead the Euronext Career Framework administration for the Group accordingly with Euronext internal guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent annual review and update across all functions and countries.
  • Ensure with HR teams accurate employee mapping to roles and levels to secure data reliability within the Group and stored in HR systems in collaboration with our HRIS team.
  • Make sure the Career Framework reflects Euronext roles diversity, propose  adjustments when relevant
  • Support job evaluations of new roles, aligned with the Group methodology, and secure grading consistency across the group and with external benchmarks.
  • Manage Euronext Career Framework deployment in potential newly integrated companies of the Group
