Job Description

Manager – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and statutory compliance. The role will closely work with HR, Finance, and leadership to support payroll operations and salary structuring initiatives.


What you’ll do at Digitide


• Conduct compensation benchmarking using market surveys and industry data to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.

• Lead salary restructuring initiatives, including annual increments, promotions, and pay corrections aligned with business goals

• Ensure compliance with minimum wage regulations and other statutory compensation related laws across locations.

• Act as a payroll specialist, overseeing payroll accuracy, timelines, and statutory deductions.

• Collaborate with Finance and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing and reporting.

• Design, review, and implement compensation policies, salary bands, and incentive structures.

• Support budgeting and forecasting related to compensation and payroll costs.

• Handle audits, compliance checks, and management reporting related to payroll and compensation.

• Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related queries.


What You Bring


• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.

• 8–12 years of experience in compensation & benefits, with strong exposure to payroll management.

• Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys.

• Strong knowledge of minimum wages, labour laws, and statutory compliance.

• Experience working with payroll systems and HRMS tools
