Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is placing a Compensation Manager on a direct hire basis. The Compensation Manager will manage a small team of compensation professionals on day to day duties covering compensation trends, merit increases, compensation surveys, job evaluations thru market pricing and internal equity. This is a global company with a lot of opportunities to advance within the organization. The Compensation Manager must be degreed. This position will guide leadership on compensation trends. The annual salary for the Compensation Manager will be up to 130K plus10% bonus. This role is onsite with the ability to work remotely one day a week.
