Position Locations: Chicago OR Toronto - Hybrid - 3 Days/week In Office

Reporting to the Director of North America and WHQ Compensation, the Compensation Manager will play a critical role in executing the compensation strategy and philosophy across the North America Commercial Businesses. As a trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners, you will provide proficient guidance on a range of compensation‑related matters, including job evaluations, market benchmarking, and job offers. To excel in this role, you need a unique combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
