Overview

Compensation Manager – Commercial – Location: Chicago or Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office). Reporting to the Director of North America and WHQ Compensation, this role will execute the compensation strategy and philosophy across the North America Commercial Businesses. As a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, you’ll provide guidance on compensation matters including job evaluations, market benchmarking, and job offers. A blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills is required to navigate ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee job evaluations for broad-based positions to ensure internal parity
  • Support the annual salary planning cycle
  • Participate in the annual salary survey submission process
