The Compensation Manager, EMEA is an individual contributor professional role that develops and manages strategies in support of Envista corporate staff and operating companies in the EMEA region. The selected individual will support the execution and communication of compensation programs across all functions and operating companies within the regions incorporating base and variable compensation, long-term incentives, and employee recognition strategies. As an experienced compensation professional, the incumbent will incorporate their experience, market insights and inputs from the business to support the development and execution of meaningful and competitive compensation programs that enable Envista to attract, motivate and grow talent in support of our aggressive growth agenda.
