Payroll Specialist


We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing salaries, monitoring collective labor agreements and knowledge of annual statements.


The ideal candidate will have confirmed experience in payroll management in Switzerland, excellent understanding of social insurance and collective labor agreements, as well as comfort with annual statements and legal requirements.



  • Salary Management: Complete management of fixed and variable salaries

  • CCT Monitoring: Monitor collective labor agreements (CCT)

  • Audit Compliance: Knowledge of annual statements (AVS, LPP)

  • Social Insurance Expertise: Maintain expertise on Swiss social insurance systems
