Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

About the Role

• The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

1. Benchmark compensation packages to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


2. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and payroll data.


3. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accuracy of employee pay and benefits.


4. Liaise with finance departments for audit purposes when required.
   

   This role requires an organized individual with a strong background in payroll processing. They must have experience using payroll software such as ADP or Paychex. A high level of attention to detail is necessary for this position.
