Compensation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our HR team. This person will play a strategic role in designing, analyzing, and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in compensation, strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in advanced English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and evaluation of compensation structures, salary ranges, and job leveling frameworks.
  • Conduct market analyses using salary surveys and external data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Drive annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, pay review), including modeling, budgeting, and stakeholder support.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to define compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility.
