Responsible for conducting competency assessments for offshore personnel using the Kahuna Competency Assurance Program (CAP).
All assessments, evidence, and evaluation must follow Kahuna skill elements, proficiency levels, and assessment requirements.
Verification of all assessments will be performed by Line Manager.
The role supports competence development, Guyanese local content goals, and operational readiness for the Errea Wittu FPSO.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct all competency assessments strictly using the Kahuna Competency Assurance Program (CAP).
Identify competency gaps and contribute to development actions for CDP and IDP based on Kahuna requirements.
Perform discipline-specific assessments across Production, Maintenance, Marine, HSSE, CCR, Utilities, and supporting roles.
