Job Description

We are exclusively instructed by the head of EU Competition/Antitrust of a leading US/International law firm to assist with hiring a Competition law Partner to expand their offering in Brussels.

Our client’s practice covers a wide range of Competition and Antitrust issues, with a focus on:

  • Behavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc.
  • Private Enforcement/Follow-on damages claims
  • State Aid/Public Procurement
  • FDI processes
  • Competition/Regulatory compliance issues

    • They act for multinationals across a broad range of sectors, with an emphasis on highly regulated and innovative sectors, including: Telecoms, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Energy, and Transport.
