Position: Complaints Handler – Licensed Financial Institutions (LFI)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Core Responsibilities
  • Review unresolved consumer and small business complaints referred from Licensed Financial Institutions.
  • Analyze complaints to identify key issues and determine if additional information is required from complainants, LFIs, or third parties.
  • Support the fair and timely resolution of financial complaints through detailed case review and evaluation.
  • Understand consumer concerns and collaborate with the team to propose appropriate resolution strategies.
  • Assess complaint eligibility and accurately register cases in the complaints management system.
