Job Description

At WiZink Bank Portugal, we are seeking a Complaints Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring and controlling the complaints management processes conducted by the first line, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, quality of handling, and mitigation of regulatory, reputational and operational risks.
The role will also promote continuous improvement through trend analysis, policy and standards development, and reporting to governance bodies and supervisory authorities. In addition, this position will act as a back-up to the Legal Advisor in regulatory interpretation and legal assessment, ensuring regulatory consistency.
