AGR are working closely with our India-based client to recruit Completions Supervisors to join its team on a 28/28 day rotation for a long-term contract.
About the role:
This role will be providing specialized skills and hands-on experience in specific operations and any troubleshooting that is required. This is a key role in critical decision making, working alongside the Senior Completions Supervisor to ensure that operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective deployment of completions on the rig
- Supervision and monitoring of well completion operations in accordance with company objectives and policies
- Coordinate with office based and rig site personnel to ensure the optimal execution of the completion program
- Ensure all rig upgrade/deck space requirements are addressed to handle completion equipment. Interface with rig contractor and other completion contractors to ensure deliveries are met
- Responsible for oversight and planning of onshore preparation and offshore installation of completion equipment in collaboration with the Drilling/Subsea, O&M/project teams as well as the Rig Contractor, Service Company and Equipment suppliers
- Preparing standing instructions for driller ahead of each completions operation
- Supervising all pressure-tests related to completions operation
- Preparing and sending daily completion reports to office
- Supervising testing and maintenance activities in company/contractors’ bases/workshops
- Review QA/QC, FAT and SIT plans received from Completion Contractors
- Participate in regular relevant audits and incident investigations
- Responsible for documentation of Lessons Learned, contractor/equipment related audits and support the rig operational teams on all audit close out actions as required

Work Experience:
- Significant experience in operational completions/sand control environment
- Involvement in at least 50 completion planning and operations for wells requiring sand control device (OHGP, CHGP, CHFP)
- Experience as a sand control supervisor in deepwater environment- documentation of this is required
Technical skills/Qualifications:
- IWCF Well control or WIPC (Subsea level 4) certification
