Manage field implementation of well completion and workover program. Supervise consultants and coordinate activity with completion engineers and production foreman. Environment is fast paced, with constantly changing priorities. This role will also include:Safety:

Know and adhere to the Minimum Frac Requirement Guidelines as set by EOG management and Safety Personnel,

Ensure all on-site personnel understand and adhere to these requirements,

Ensure the consultants promote and implement these requirements,

Promote a safe work environment by attending and holding occasional tailgate safety meetings,

Stay current on all training and attend monthly safety meetings,

Train new hires and all others to the best practices of safe operations.
