About the Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Outreach Tutor to start in January 2026. The role involves delivering bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis for young people with complex needs who are currently unable to attend school.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and delivering highly personalised lessons, with a focus on building confidence and engagement in core subjects such as English and Maths. Many of the students you work with may have significant additional needs and might be fully reliant on adult care, including the use of wheelchairs.

This role is perfect for a tutor who is passionate about inclusive education and can adapt their teaching style to meet individual needs. Experience with communication systems like Makaton and PECS is highly desirable. <...
