**Description**
**Your Role:**
As the Complex Task Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex tasks within the KC-30A Program. This includes Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Sovereign Defence Initiatives (SDI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Initiatives that do not reach the threshold of a dedicated Project. You will have accountability for:
+ Developing and Managing implementation plans, schedules and budget to achieve contracted deliverables
+ Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to Technical Service Officers and SDI Specialists
