MISSION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to support and strengthen the Company’s global compliance framework.

The role will focus on monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting risk-based internal audits, and driving the implementation of compliance initiatives across multiple countries. The successful candidate will work closely with local teams and key stakeholders to promote a strong culture of integrity, ethical behavior, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform periodic internal audits, with a focus on processes and areas with higher risk exposure, and define, implement, and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Audit and monitor whistle blowing channel data to ensure proper handling and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable legislation by reviewing regulatory requirements, highlighting obligations, and tracking adherence to established deadlines.
  • Manage and coordinate the compliance network, working closely with Country teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Analyze country compliance models to identify best practices and lead their implementation across other countries.
  • Drive the implementation of initiatives related to the global compliance program, codes of practice, and applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior across the organization, building strong relationships with key business leaders and supporting critical business initiatives.
  • Monitor the regulatory and compliance environment to assess the potential impact of regulatory changes on compliance programs.
  • Conduct due diligence activities related to suppliers, clients, employees, and other relevant third parties.
  • Perform reviews and audits based on risk analysis, particularly in processes or situations with higher regulatory risk.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a legal qualification is preferred.
  • Specialized training is highly valued (e.g. Executive Training or a Postgraduate/Master’s degree in Compliance).
  • Previous experience working in the Compliance function, with strong exposure to internal audits.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and countries.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
