Compliance Analyst

Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join the compliance team of one of our Commodities clients in Geneva. The successful candidate will play a key role in client onboarding and ongoing due diligence, ensuring full compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations and internal policies. Experience within the Oil & Gas sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end client onboarding, including collection, review, and validation of KYC documentation
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required
• Assess and document risks related to AML, PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media
• Ensure compliance with Swiss and international regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and files
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Front Office) to resolve KYC-related issues
