Compliance and Export Control Team Leader M/F — Full-time Regular

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the organization's compliance and export control programs.
  • Lead a team of compliance and export control specialists.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance processes into business operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in compliance and export control, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the scope.
  • Extensive knowledge of international trade laws, export controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
  • Advanced English and MS Office skills.
