Job Description
Primary responsibility for Legal Compliance matters for LATAM, including providing primary compliance investigation support in the region. In addition, this role will have full responsibility for litigation management for Mexico and CAM and other countries in LATAM.
Litigation management for Andean, Mexico & CAM region:
Prevention and strategic management of litigation against Clarios in all areas of law. Strategically evaluate convenience and repercussions of active litigations and explore alternatives whenever possible. Ensure proper visibility to the business and finance through periodic and ad-hoc reports. Selection, negotiation, and management of outside counsel panel to ensure qualified, timely and cost-effective specialized litigation counsel as needed. Coordinate, lead and produce LATAM litigation reports in collaboration with internal and external legal team.
