Your new role

As a Compliance Associate you will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s compliance framework and ensuring the business operates to the highest regulatory and ethical standards. Working closely with senior leaders and engaging directly with front-office, trading, and operations teams, you will be involved in day-to-day compliance monitoring, trade surveillance, policy implementation, and regulatory reporting. This role offers broad exposure across the hedge fund lifecycle, from pre‑trade considerations through post‑trade reviews, and provides hands‑on involvement in regulatory interactions, internal reviews and compliance projects. It is an ideal opportunity for a motivated compliance professional who wants to deepen their buy‑side experience, gain visibility with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to a growing investment platform.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this role you will have:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Compliance within a reputable financial services institution

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and escalate potential compliance issue

  • Highly driven and self-motivated to learn new things

  • Will not accept the status quo and is not afraid to drive change
