Job Title: Compliance Business Partner – Egypt

As the Compliance Business Partner for Egypt, you'll lead and maintain a robust compliance program that empowers AstraZeneca to achieve its strategic goals while adhering to our Code of Ethics, laws, and industry standards. As a key member of Egypt's Senior Leadership Team, you'll advise leaders, foster an ethical culture, and enhance accountability and controls.

Accountabilities:

  • Program leadership: Implement and sustain the compliance program aligned to AZ’s eight‑element framework; drive continuous improvement.

  • Senior leadership and LCC: Serve on the Egypt SLT; lead LCC governance; embed first‑line ownership and support second‑line activities (assurance, framework, investigations follow‑up).
