Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support the
Compliance Manager in ensuring that the account is operationally compliant with
all aspects of the contract, in particular: Legislative and statutory
obligations for the maintenance of properties, assets and systems thus helping
to create a health and safety culture that drives continuous improvement
towards zero accidents and a compliant workplace.
Duties: To understand all the compliance activities required for the account to ensure they are completed and documented in accordance with the contract obligations. Help to establish and audit compliance records for each site against contract requirements and actual information available to identify compliance status. Once status is determined, produce a gap analysis and work with the site teams and Compliance Manager to develop an action plan to identify and close out gaps.
