About the Role
This is a specialist compliance role, reporting to the Contract Compliance Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance across immigration detention centres, working closely with managers to maintain documentation accuracy and uphold operational best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
Conduct regular audits and quality checks across facilities
Assist with reporting and performance monitoring
Manage and maintain accurate and secure document control (SharePoint)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and drive improvements
To be successful:
This role is best suited to someone with proven compliance or contract management experience.
You will have:
- Minimum Cert III qualification in Business, Compliance, Administration, or similar
- Less than one year of compliance or contract management experience is acceptable for this position
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic user-level proficiency with SharePoint is sufficient for this role
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
