This role involves monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance in collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and third-party administrators. The coordinator also supports broader safety initiatives, including compliance with the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP), OSHA standards, and chemical safety regulations, managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as part of the District's Safety Management System (SMS).
