Compliance Counsel

This is a full-time remote position for a Compliance Counsel. The Compliance Counsel will be responsible for ensuring that eBaoTech operates in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• To set strategies, initiate and optimize policies and rules for compliance management (including but not limited to anti-bribery, data protection, export control, etc.) as applicable to the company and its affiliates in other countries/regions, to be in line with the law update and corporate needs.
• To prepare and provide trainings related to various compliance programs.
• To conduct legal research on the laws and regulations on compliance or corporate development related matters.
• To conduct investigation for compliance related events and propose for solutions.
• To support resolution of dispute which occurs in connection with compliance related matters.
