Compliance Executive

We are looking for a driven and meticulous compliance professional who is passionate about risk and governance in the wealth advisory and fund management sector. Reporting to the Head of Group Legal & Compliance, this individual will develop and drive strategies to ensure that all the stakeholders continuously abide by applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing effective monitoring and assurance activities covered in the compliance programs for Providend Holding Private Limited and its subsidiaries (Group)
• Assist in the review of existing processes, practices and documents to identify compliance gaps in the Group’s business processes and compliance programmes and recommend corrective actions
