Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance
policies on anti‑bribery
and corruption, and anti‑trust
compliance. - Monitor global and domestic regulatory
developments and recommend appropriate policy updates. - Oversee the organisation’s whistle‑blowing framework, including reporting
channels, case management, and confidentiality protocols. - Lead internal investigations in collaboration
with relevant divisions (e.g. HR), and present findings to senior
management and audit committees.
