Your Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will be a key member of the 360 Treasury Systems AG (“360T AG”) Compliance Team, contributing to the development and implementation of a compliance aware culture in 360T AG. You will support strategic compliance initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and maintenance of 360T AG’s compliance strategy
  • Supporting in preparation of compliance manuals, policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Establishment and regular review a compliance related documentations
  • Monitoring of the development of the legal framework and analysis of the impact
  • Monitoring of compliance relevant prudential regulations
  • Information and training of employees about applicable compliance related laws and regulations
  • Development, coordination and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy
