Job Description
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor adherence to client compliance requirements, codes of conduct, and ethical standards.
- Plan, conduct, and support factory audits, social audits, and third-party compliance assessments across India
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams to close audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and regularly update compliance policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
- Act as the point of contact for compliance-related queries from clients and external auditors.
- Support risk assessments related to sourcing, vendor onboarding, and new projects.
- Report compliance status, gaps, and corrective actions to senior management on a periodic basis.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
