About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager – HR & IR to oversee statutory compliances, labor laws, and industrial relations across our organization. The role will ensure 100% legal compliance, smooth employee relations, and effective coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with all applicable Central & State labor laws , including but not limited to:
  • Factories Act
  • Industrial Disputes Act
  • Shops & Establishments Act
  • Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
  • Minimum Wages Act
  • Payment of Wages Act
  • EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, POSH, e...
