About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager – HR & IR to oversee statutory compliances, labor laws, and industrial relations across our organization. The role will ensure 100% legal compliance, smooth employee relations, and effective coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with all applicable Central & State labor laws, including but not limited to:
- Factories Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, POSH, etc.
- Handle inspections, audits, notices, and compliance filings with labor authorities.
