The Compliance Manager supports SOAR365's commitment to ethical operations and high-quality services by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced compliance or quality professional who thrives on complex problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with executive leadership and serve as a trusted resource across the organization, stepping into a leadership role when the Vice President of Compliance is unavailable.
