Amazon is seeking an experienced compliance professional with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) expertise in the financial and payments sectors, to serve as a Compliance Manager for Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. In this role you will develop compliance strategies and policies to ensure our Store business is compliant with the Mexico Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) requirements, and other applicable regulations.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate on new product initiatives to understand legal impact, define compliance requirements, and establish appropriate compliance policies and controls to facilitate successful launch.
- Maintain a horizon view in order to detect and respond to new regulatory developments and issues that may pose compliance risk; educate management and guide teams in the development of a risk-based and coordinated response across dependent teams.
