Influx Service is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our dedicated team in Mohali. This full-time, on-site position is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to industry regulations and standards within the logistics and procurement sector.

As a Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing compliance policies, conducting audits, and implementing best practices to mitigate risks. You'll collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and integrity, ensuring that our organization meets all regulatory requirements while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all carriers, loads, and internal processes comply with FMCSA, DOT, and insurance requirements, while preventing fraud, safety risks, and legal issues.
• Verify MC, DOT, insurance, and safety ratings during carrier onboarding.
