Compliance Manager

Great Eastern is seeking a Risk Management professional to specialise in Compliance & Governance. The role involves surveillance, investigations, training and policy review to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of representatives identified through the Compliance Monitoring Program and AI models.
• Use analytical skills, data mining tools, and business knowledge to identify anomalies, risk patterns, and relationships in data.
• Report identified issues to a supervisor, ensuring timely action and appropriate escalation to the investigation team.
• Collaborate with data scientists to evaluate and improve dashboards and models.
• Conduct investigations from start to finish, ensuring conclusions are based on comprehensive evidence.
