The Compliance Officer will lead the compliance duties in Brazil to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner. They are responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities’ inquiries. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by the Brazilian Central Bank and other relevant authorities.
