Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct trade monitoring and due diligence reviews

- Handle compliance regulatory reporting for Japan

- Provide real-time support for trading restrictions and approvals

- Track regulatory changes and amend procedures

- Deliver compliance training to employees

- Review and draft regulatory filings and reports

- Assist with legal and compliance projects

Qualifications:

- 5+ years compliance experience in equity trading or hedge fund environment

- Knowledge of KFB and JIAA regulations and Asia market regulations

- Proficiency in English and Japanese

- Proficient with Bloomberg and Excel

- Experience with compliance monitoring programs

- Familiarity with trade monitoring and due diligence reviews

- Ability to handle compliance regulatory reporting
