Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Compliance Officer to manage and audit HR-related statutory documents and ensure adherence to labour laws at the plant/factory level. The role involves handling HR compliance records, statutory audits, and coordination during inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and maintain HR statutory documents, employee records, and compliance registers
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws such as Factory Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity
Handle HR documentation audits and close audit observations
Maintain and verify contract labour and vendor compliance documents
Support and coordinate during statutory audits, labour inspections, and internal audits
