Compliance Officer

A Healthcare Company has an opportunity for a Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.


Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Monitoring and auditing company operations to identify potential compliance risks.

- Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance topics, such as ethical conduct and legal obligations.

- Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring the company adapts accordingly.

- Collaborating with other departments to address compliance issues and resolve them effectively.

- Maintaining documentation for audits and legal purposes.

- Reporting non-compliance issues to senior management and recommending corrective actions.



Qualifications

• Holder of a relevant university degree

• Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations

• Experience in compliance

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining ethical integrity
