Compliance Officer

About the Role (Part Time, 50%)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in our Norwegian business, with a particular focus on compliance. You will serve as the central point of contact for regulatory and financial bodies, strategic partners and our other entities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the regulatory and financial bodies, strategic partners and other entities
• Ensure the Norwegian entity is fully compliant and operating within appropriate regulations
• Analyse regulation and policy, assess compliance risk, recommend correction for deficiencies, assist in implementation/training, and ensure ongoing adherence.
• Review internal controls to identify and potential risks and suggest system improvements
• Review policies and procedures and enable the identification of emerging operational risks for the business
