Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Officer responsible for ensuring the organization’s adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role safeguards the company against legal and regulatory risk through oversight, advisory support to management, and continuous compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with Philippine laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to the online gaming industry, including PAGCOR rules and regulations.


• Monitor and implement compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing requirements in coordination with the AML Compliance Officer, where applicable.


• Oversee compliance with data privacy and security requirements under the Data Privacy Act and National Privacy Commission issuances.
