Job Description

The Compliance Officer ensures that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves supervising liaison officers, handling regulatory submissions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and government agencies, and supporting the company’s overall compliance framework.

Qualification

  • 1-2 years of compliance officer experience.
  • Skilled in supervising liaison officers to ensure timely compliance.
  • Knowledge of LGU regulations, procedures, and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant government agencies and their regulations (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGUs).
  • Strong relationships with clients and key government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, DTI, LGUs).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
